What should I do if Cosmos Laser is unable to connect to a Wi-Fi network?

Compatible with:

Cosmos Laser 4K, D2350

If your Cosmos Laser 4K or 1080p projector has an issue when connecting to a Wi-Fi network, for example, it is unable to connect to a Wi-Fi network or it shows "No Internet" after the connection, please try these steps:

  1. Make sure the date and time in your Nebula projector are up to date by going to Settings > Device Preferences > Date & Time.
  2. Make sure the projector and router are within 3 meters and that your other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi network without issues.
  3. Try to connect your projector to your phone's hotspot if possible, or another Wi-Fi network to see if it works.
  4. Disable other wireless devices such as Bluetooth and wireless mice as they may interfere with the WiFi signal.
  5. Try your router's 2.4G and 5G settings.
  6. Reset the projector by selecting Settings > Device Preferences > About > Reset
  7. Restart the router and if possible, reset the router.

If this issue persists, please get in touch with us with the router's information and settings for further assistance. Please mention that you have already tried the listed steps to avoid being asked to repeat them by our team.
